Besides of the tools, we also have a team of very experienced application engineers serving our customers under very flexible models, so that customers can benefit from both our tools and our unbeatable knowledge in the physical design field.

Service Engineers from ICScape are not simply application engineers, they are experts of P&R, Circuit design, CAD/EDA development. They were design leads from CPU, Graphics and EDA companies, etc.

We can provide services in the following fields:

• Physical Design
  • General P&R, Including floor planning, placement, CTS, timing optimization, routing, and physical verifications.
  • Design Methodology Development, including design flow enhancement and design guides for advanced technology.
  • Clock Synthesis, including clock tree analysis, CTS constraint generation, CTS clock definition for multi-mode design (multi-mode SDC clock definition merge), clock tree synthesis, optimization, and problem debugging.
  • Timing Debugging, including multi-scenario post layout timing debugging and timing closure.
• CAD Infrastructure Development
  • OpenAccess and Milkyway database interface, translation, and P&R tool integration.
• Design tools/Utility Development
  • Special utilities that major EDA vendors does not provide.
  • Request to enhance/customize our tools for very special purpose.
    • Timer, router, ECO, clock analysis etc.
    • Query, timing path and design filters, and frame work for collaboration etc.

Flexible Design Service Models:

• On-Demand
  • Call ICScape services when your design is ready.
  • Customer will be charged by number of working days per service engineer.
  • Each service engineer will bring one copy of ICExplorer license without extra charge. 3rd party EDA tool may be required to complete our job, depending on the assigned task. Extra charges apply when customer request more ICExplorer licenses per service engineer.
• Project Based
  • Same as On-Demand model, except the charges are based on project and the negotiated working schedule, instead of number of working days.
• Customers have no obligation to buy or maintain any ICScape software after our service ends.
