Senior Application Engineer
Job Functions:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Conduct evaluations, benchmarks, and product presentations
- Develop and integrate tool flows into customer environments
- Articulate customer issues to development team and provide solutions to customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance to product engineering
- Document findings and solutions, help write application notes
- Provide training and tool support to customers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of industry experience or masters degree in EE, CS, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of physical design flow, espeically in static timing analysis and timing optimization,
- Proficient in perl, tcl, and shell scripting
- Motivated to learn new concepts and deploy new technologies
- Design and timing closure experience is a plus
